 Level 1: Foundations of Expression
 ● Target Audience: Middle and Elementary school students new to public speaking.
 ● Focus: Building confidence and basic communication skills.
 Course Outline:
 ➔ Introduction to Public Speaking: Understanding the basics of public speaking, including
 the elements of the communication process and the importance of timing.
 ➔ Overcoming Anxiety: Techniques to manage and reduce public speaking anxiety, such as
 deep breathing and visualization.
 ➔ Speech Structure and Organization: Learning how to structure a speech with a clear
 beginning, middle, and end.
 ➔ Basic Delivery Techniques: Introduction to body language, eye contact, and voice
 modulation to enhance speech delivery.
 ➔ Practical Exercises: Short presentations on familiar topics and group discussions to
 practice speaking in front of peers
