Foundations of Legal Advocacy

Mock Trial Level 1 introduces students to courtroom advocacy, legal reasoning, and public speaking through interactive trials and real-world legal cases.

Students will explore areas of Canadian law such as criminal law, human rights, contracts, and corporate law while learning how to build arguments, question witnesses, and present persuasive cases in a courtroom setting.

Through mini-trials, legal debates, and moot court activities, students develop confidence, critical thinking, teamwork, and quick thinking under pressure.
